Job summary
South East Water is seeking a Waterlink Plumber in Barcombe, East Sussex, to install, repair and maintain plumbing systems across customer sites. You will conduct Water Efficiency Audits and install water-saving devices while advising customers on cost-saving eco-friendly practices.
The role requires Level 2 City and Guilds Plumbing, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. You’ll join our Waterlink standby team for emergency cover and collaborate with contractors and the
Qualifications
- Must hold Level 2 City and Guilds Plumbing Qualification.
- Strong operational knowledge of plumbing work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Take detailed records of works for cost, measurement and quality.
- Assist in supervision of site work and ensure health, safety, and quality standards.
- Explain to customers what work is being carried out to provide peace of mind.
- Work with office and field teams and assist in multiple areas as required.
- Propose innovative solutions for customer side leak repairs and other tasks.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, regulations and audits.
