Job summary

South East Water is seeking a Waterlink Plumber to cover a range of plumbing tasks, from fixing leaks to installing water-saving devices and conducting efficiency audits. You will work alongside contractors and in-house teams to keep projects on track and ensure high standards of safety and service.

This role emphasizes customer-centric communication, cost awareness, and active involvement in project planning, site visits and reporting, with emergency standby duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Level 2 City & Guilds Plumbing qualification required.
• Strong operational knowledge and experience in plumbing essential.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record detailed works for cost, measurement and quality.
• Supervise site work ensuring quality, safety and cost efficiency.
• Explain to customers what work is carried out for peace of mind.
• Assist in coordinating office and field tasks across teams.
