Job summary

Control Flow Technologies is seeking a qualified plumber to join our Water Efficiency Team in Greater Manchester. This field-based role involves visiting customers to install water-saving devices, perform minor repairs, and promote water efficiency.

You will manage your diary, travel, and van stock, delivering high-quality service while meeting installation targets and maintaining customer satisfaction in homes across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification.
• Experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• DBS check (or willingness to complete).
• EUSR Water Hygiene qualification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Installing Control Flow water-saving devices in customers' homes.
• Carrying out minor leak detection and plumbing repairs.
• Working safely on and around water meters.
• Providing customers with clear water efficiency advice.
• Managing your own diary, travel, and van stock.
• Recording completed works accurately through CRM systems.
• Achieving daily and weekly installation targets.

This field-based role involves attending pre-booked customer appointments to install water-saving products, complete minor leak repairs, and help households reduce water waste.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering water efficiency improvements in customers' homes, using your plumbing expertise to install solutions, carry out repairs, and provide excellent service.
