Job summary

South East Water Limited is recruiting a Waterlink Plumber to cover the Kent region from Aylesford. You will conduct water-saving audits, install conservation devices and support cost/timeline reporting, alongside field supervision and client liaison.

The role requires a Level 2 City and Guilds Plumbing qualification, strong operational knowledge and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. A hands-on, safety-conscious problem solver is ideal for this team.

Qualifications

• Level 2 City and Guilds Plumbing Qualification.
• Strong operational and industry knowledge and experience is essential.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take detailed records of works for cost, measurement and quality.
• Produce detailed as-built records for completed schemes.
• Assist in supervising site work including quality, safety, programme, cost and liaison.
• Explain to customers what work is carried out to provide peace of mind.
• Ensure team understands customer needs and manage expectations.
• Work with both office and field teams and assist other areas when required.
• Suggest innovative ways to fix customer-side leaks and other assessments.
• Implement plumbing works in line with best practice and regulations.
• Ensure policies on quality, environment and health & safety are followed and audited.
