Job summary
Arup is seeking a Design Coordinator at Associate level to lead and shape delivery of clean water and wastewater projects up to £200M. Based in the North West or Yorkshire, you will provide technical direction to multi-disciplinary water teams and partner with water companies and contractors.

Qualifications
- Chartered Engineer with post-chartership qualifications or equivalent experience in Civil/Water discipline.
- Extensive experience delivering clean water, wastewater and sludge treatment projects.
- Comfortable managing client interfaces to deliver projects safely and to requirements.
- Experience developing design solutions from concept to preferred development with stakeholders.
- Skilled across outline and detailed design stages for transitions through construction and handover.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers, consultants and technicians.
Responsibilities
- Lead large design and build clean water and wastewater projects in the North West or Yorkshire.
- Provide technical direction to multi-disciplinary water teams.
- Collaborate with water companies and Design/Build Contractor clients.
- Support transition from design through construction, commissioning and handover.
