Arup’s Design Coordinator (Associate) role centers on leading large clean water and wastewater projects, providing technical direction to multi-disciplinary water teams, and collaborating with water companies and clients across the North West and Yorkshire.

You will guide design from concept through to construction, mentor engineers and technicians, manage client interfaces, and contribute to delivering projects up to £200M while upholding Arup’s values and focus on quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent experience in Civil/Water/Mechanical/Process engineering.
• Experience delivering clean water and wastewater projects with emphasis on CSOs, stormwater, and water network infrastructure.
• Ability to manage client interfaces and deliver projects to technical, programme and quality requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead large design and build clean water and wastewater projects in the North West or Yorkshire regions.
• Develop and evaluate design solutions from concept to preferred solutions with strong stakeholder management.
• Guide the design-to-construction handover, mentoring multidisciplinary teams of engineers and technicians.
