Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Water Utility Service Engineer (Electrical) in Matlock to service and maintain water utility equipment within a local patch. You will start with full in-house training and optional external courses, earning a base salary plus a company van and door-to-door pay.

The role is Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm, with overtime paid at 1.5x and Sundays at 2x. A stable, established team supports your development in a niche industry.

Qualifications

• Electrical background is required.
• Experience in field service or maintenance is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo in-house training and external courses.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repairing and monitoring water utility equipment.
• Full in-house training with external courses provided.
• Covering a local patch within a 1-hour radius, with door-to-door pay.
• Overtime available at 1.5x; Sundays at 2x.
• Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm.
