Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is looking for a Junior / Trainee Electrical Service Engineer to cover a local patch around Wolverhampton. You will service, repair and monitor water utility equipment with a company van provided and door-to-door travel paid.

This days-based role (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm) includes full in-house training plus external courses, plus paid overtime (OTE up to £42k). The salary starts at £30,000–£32,000 with additional overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• Electrical background required.
• In-house training plus external electrical courses provided.
• Covering a local patch within a 1-hour radius; van provided.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x; Friday finish early.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repairing and monitoring water utility equipment.
• Cover a local patch within a 1-hour radius; travel paid door-to-door.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment across the water utility sector.
