Job Title: Water Treatment Technician
Purpose of Job:
A site-based technician to oversee and manage all tasks associated with the Water Management Systems as a Competent Service Provider.
Key Responsibilities:

Directly accountable to the Contact Manager. This post carries no direct budgetary responsibility, but financial awareness is required.
Person Specification:
Education: A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic Mathematical skills.
Training: Formally trained in Water Management systems (Apprentice time served, City and Guilds or equivalent) and L8 trained.
Experience (Essential): Experience in maintaining and carrying out water maintenance and general all-round knowledge of water systems.
Desirable: Proven experience in energy saving and plant efficiency, ability to provide effective written reports, and cost comparisons for capital replacement costs versus energy savings.
Aptitudes: Ability to supervise and motivate colleagues/contractors to deliver work to an excellent standard.
Character: Committed to delivering excellent customer service, calm under pressure, able to work alone, make sound decisions, physically fit, able to work at heights and on roofs, and a team player.
Circumstances: Overtime working may be required.
