Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Site Manager to oversee mobilisation, coordination of construction activities, and day-to-day site management across water treatment projects in the UK.

You will ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence, supervise site staff, and liaise with stakeholders, driving timely delivery with RAMS compliance. The role offers a competitive base salary, pension, laptop and phone, and access to an employee support program.

Qualifications

• Experience in water treatment projects (non-infrastructure), large scale.
• IOSH or SMSTS Safety Management required.
• CSCS Management Card needed.
• First Aid training or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Mobilisation and demobilisation of the worksite.
• Coordinate and control construction activities to keep schedule and budget.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, supervise activities, and prepare RAMS.
• Be the key onsite contact for project stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
• Ensure timely ordering of plant and materials and accurate drawings/quantities.
• Promote safety and delivery quality standards at all times.
• Plan, organise and monitor activities to meet safety, time, and quality requirements.
• Report and resolve site non-conformities and manage costs.
• Forecast and manage supervision and direct labour across worksites.
• Own accountability for worksites and overall site performance.
