Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is recruiting a Working Supervisor to join our water treatment project teams. You will supervise site operatives and subcontractors across UK sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to quality standards.

The role covers Midlands-based assignments with travel and occasional stays away from home; a strong civil engineering background, SSSTS/CSCS, and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• SSSTS and CSCS certifications required.
• Experience on water treatment or water infrastructure sites.
• Strong civil engineering background.
• Experience supervising site teams.
• Willingness to travel UK and stay away when required.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising site operatives and subcontractors
• Working alongside the site team and getting involved with the works
• Managing day-to-day site activities
• Allocating labour, plant and materials
• Toolbox talks
• Health and safety compliance
• Ensuring works are carried out in line with RAMS
• Monitoring progress and reporting to the Site Manager
• Ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme
• Maintaining quality standards and site records
• Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site
