RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to deliver works on a water treatment site in Swindon. The role requires a strong civil engineering background and prior water industry experience, with responsibility for managing day-to-day operations, supervising teams, and ensuring safety and quality.

Key duties include coordinating RAMS and permits, liaising with the client and project team, and delivering toolbox talks to maintain health and safety compliance throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Black or Gold CSCS card.
• SMSTS qualification.
• Experience on water treatment schemes.
• Strong civil engineering background.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety, and quality procedures.
• IT literate.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations.
