Job summary

Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is seeking an Industrial Services Engineering Technician to support daily operations and maintenance on the water treatment/effluent plant. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract reporting to the Maintenance Planner, with responsibilities including preventative maintenance, breakdown response, SAP work order management, and engineering improvement projects.

Ideal candidates will have an Advanced apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3+ with electrical bias, plus

Qualifications

• Advanced apprenticeship or equivalent qualification is essential (NVQ Level 3+).
• Electrical bias preferred; HNC desirable but not essential.
• Experience in automated manufacturing/industrial service process.
• Knowledge of TPM and asset maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily preventative maintenance tasks.
• React to breakdowns with urgency and safety.
• Use SAP to capture work orders and sign off tasks.
• Work on engineering improvement projects.
