Job summary

Future Select Limited is recruiting a Water Treatment Engineer / Account Manager for a Dartford-based role. The successful candidate will combine hands-on water treatment expertise with account management skills to support client relationships and business growth.

You will attend client sites, perform pre-planned water treatment duties, manage key accounts, upsell services, and help scope new projects while upholding ACOP L8 and HSG 274 standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Water Treatment Engineer.
• Confident in managing key client accounts.
• Good knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident using IT software.
• Ideally proven sales experience and success.
• Flexible to travel in line with company needs.

Responsibilities

• Attend client sites to conduct a wide range of pre-planned Water Treatment duties.
• Closed system sampling, analysis and dosing.
• Cooling tower cleans and disinfections.
• System chlorinations.
• Calorifier inspections and blowdowns.
• Manage key client accounts, as a point of contact for issues/queries.
• On-boarding new engineers.
• Upsell of further company services to existing clients.
• Identify potential client leads and business opportunities.
• Upgrade and renew existing client accounts.
• Promote company services to new clients.
• Attend sites to scope for new projects.
• Support quotations for new works.
• Maintain and build strong client relationships.
