Future Select Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Junior Water Hygiene / Treatment Account Manager to join their expanding team in Enfield, Greater London. You will manage key client accounts across Water Hygiene and Water Treatment, including closed systems and cooling towers, and act as the main contact for clients, delivering technical guidance and support.

You will oversee service delivery, ensure deadlines and scope are met, and contribute to client onboarding by liaising with the bidding

Formación

• Ideally will have experience managing key Water Hygiene / Treatment client accounts.
• Strong hands-on industry experience as a Water Hygiene / Treatment Industry.
• Fully conversant in HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines.
• Flexible to travel as per company requirements.
• Ideally will hold industry-related training / modules.
• Excellent communicator with good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

Responsabilidades

• Managing key client accounts across Water Hygiene and Water Treatment, including closed systems and cooling towers.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing support and technical advice.
• Overseeing the general delivery of services, ensuring they run to deadlines and scope.
• Completing competency checks on engineers.
• Attending site meetings to establish client requirements.
• Liaising with the bidding team to help with on-boarding new client accounts.
• Handling any complaints / site issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Upselling of further services to existing client accounts.
• Providing support to engineers and troubleshooting issues on site.
