Future Select Limited is recruiting a Water Treatment Engineer / Account Manager for a Dartford-based role. The successful candidate will combine hands-on water treatment expertise with account management skills to support client relationships and business growth.

You will attend client sites, perform pre-planned water treatment duties, manage key accounts, upsell services, and help scope new projects while upholding ACOP L8 and HSG 274 standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Water Treatment Engineer.
• Confident in managing key client accounts.
• Good knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident using IT software.
• Ideally proven sales experience and success.
• Flexible to travel in line with company needs.

Responsabilités

• Attend client sites to conduct a wide range of pre-planned Water Treatment duties.
• Closed system sampling, analysis and dosing.
• Cooling tower cleans and disinfections.
• System chlorinations.
• Calorifier inspections and blowdowns.
• Manage key client accounts, as a point of contact for issues/queries.
• On-boarding new engineers.
• Upsell of further company services to existing clients.
• Identify potential client leads and business opportunities.
• Upgrade and renew existing client accounts.
• Promote company services to new clients.
• Attend sites to scope for new projects.
• Support quotations for new works.
• Maintain and build strong client relationships.

Job Title: Water Treatment Engineer / Account Manager
Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary/Benefits: £32k – £45k + Training & Benefits

Our client is an independent compliance outfit, with a developing Water Treatment / Legionella department. To aid their continued growth, they are seeking a hands‑on Water Treatment Engineer, who has experience with managing key client accounts. This is an exciting role for someone who has an ambitious nature and hardworking attitude, as you will be integral in supporting ongoing business development. The ideal applicant will have excellent communication skills, a wealth of industry knowledge, and strong sales acumen. Experience / Qualifications:
