Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our water treatment site team. The role covers installation, maintenance, and fault-finding on electrical systems, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

A valid EUSR card is essential, along with ECS/CSCS and a NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. Applicants should have experience on water or utility infrastructure projects and be able to work independently or as part of a team, reading electrical drawings and coordinating

Qualifications

Requires ECS/CSCS card and essential EUSR card.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent is required.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) proficiency required.
Proven experience on water treatment or utility sites preferred.
Strong health and safety practices are essential.

Responsibilities

Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair on water treatment equipment.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
Work on control panels, motors, pumps, and associated systems.
Follow site safety procedures and industry standards.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades for project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
