Job summary

SER Limited is seeking a Business Development & Account Manager to cover the North West region. You will develop new business opportunities in the water treatment and water hygiene sectors and manage a portfolio of existing accounts.

The role focuses on building strong relationships with decision-makers, targeting healthcare and facilities management, and delivering against sales targets. You will be rewarded with a £40,000–£60,000 salary DOE plus car allowance and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in water treatment and/or water hygiene.
• Evidence of relevant industry training and technical understanding.
• Experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop existing accounts.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities across water treatment and water hygiene sectors.
• Managing and growing an established portfolio of North West accounts.
• Promoting a comprehensive range of water treatment and hygiene services, covering all LCA service standards.
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue within existing client accounts.
• Building relationships with key decision-makers across a variety of industries.
• Targeting key sectors including healthcare and facilities management.
• Generating new leads through proactive business development, networking, referrals and industry contacts.
• Attending marketing events and industry networking opportunities.
• Taking ownership of your territory and delivering against agreed sales targets.
