Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Learning Month for the department with bespoke sessions.
• Arrange speakers for the Water Information & Development Programme.
• Support delivery of workshops and face-to-face training sessions.
• Collate feedback, analyse results, and implement improvements.
• Build relationships across departments and promote CPD.
• Manage team communications, including mailbox and SharePoint.
• Support outreach, marketing, workforce planning and recruitment.
