Job summary

Culligan UK Limited is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to service water treatment systems at client sites. You will perform maintenance, installation and troubleshooting while ensuring high customer satisfaction and record-keeping accuracy.

The role offers full training, a Monday–Friday pattern, and progression opportunities within a growing field operations team. Candidates should hold a valid driving license and enjoy hands-on work using power tools.

Qualifications

• Regularly service and repair water treatment systems at client sites.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment at customers' premises.
• Maintain service schedules to minimise downtime for clients.
• Keep precise records of service visits and report issues.
• Demonstrate strong communication to understand and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients’ locations.
• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.
• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
