Job summary

Culligan UK is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our field operations team. You will service water treatment systems at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and rapid issue resolution. We provide ongoing training and structured development programmes, with opportunities for progression.

A full driving licence and good communication skills are essential. This role offers a Monday to Friday pattern with a company van and equipment provided, plus pension and employee

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred; full training provided.
• Valid driving licence with up to 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment at client locations.
• Oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and report issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver excellent service.
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.
