Job summary

Culligan UK is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our field operations team in Lewes. You will service water treatment systems at customers' sites, carrying out maintenance, installation and troubleshooting, with training provided.

You will manage service schedules to minimise downtime and keep detailed visit records, while delivering outstanding customer care. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with opportunities for progression through structured training

Qualifications

Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
A full and valid driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues and use power tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service.
Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.
