Job summary

YTL UK is seeking a Water Supply Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor to lead frontline teams in delivering a safe, reliable 24-hour water supply service. You will oversee repairs, maintenance and new installations, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction are prioritised.

Responsibilities include directing operations, managing resources and driving continuous improvement, while maintaining asset information and cost controls.

Qualifications

• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification required.
• NRSWA S1 monitoring, signing, lighting and guarding knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Working understanding of CDM.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Customer service and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline teams to deliver a safe, reliable 24-hour water supply service.
• Maintain accurate asset information and control costs while driving continuous improvement.
• Provide field-based leadership through site visits, coaching and performance monitoring.
• Manage resources, budgets and productivity to meet safety, quality, time and cost targets.
• Conduct safety audits, training and development planning for individuals and teams.
• Build strong customer relationships and minimise disruption to customers.
