Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Water Treatment Supervisor to provide technical support for water treatment services, manage planned maintenance and reactive repairs, and ensure high standards and efficiency across site systems.

You will lead the Water Treatment Maintenance team, develop training, oversee costed proposals, monitor progress, and drive safety, environment and supplier relationships to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in water treatment operations at facilities or industrial sites.
• Proven ability to lead a maintenance team and develop staff.
• Strong understanding of safety and environment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on water treatment services for buildings and plant maintenance.
• Lead and develop the Water Treatment Maintenance team through communication and training.
• Develop costed proposals and manage timescales for site services projects.
• Monitor planned maintenance and remedial works, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support safety and risk management with the site HSE&Q team.
• Foster supplier partnerships and review service level agreements and KPIs.
