Job summary

HomeServe Harrow is looking for a Water Supply Pipe Engineer to diagnose, repair and maintain water mains in customers' homes. This field-based role offers autonomy and variety, with a typical 40-hour week, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You’ll join a supportive team, receive a competitive salary (£37,220–£41,810) plus a £1,500 first-year bonus, paid overtime, a pension, 33 days holiday and full tools and PPE. Training and development are provided to help you excel on site.

Qualifications

• Experience working on water mains (repairs, installation, leak detection).
• Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
• A positive, proactive approach to your work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing leaks on water mains.
• Laying and replacing pipework.
• Excavation and reinstatement work where required.
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Representing HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care.
