Job summary

HomeServe UK is seeking a Water Supply Pipe Engineer in Watford. The role involves repairing and maintaining water supply systems in customers’ homes, with a focus on delivering service with professionalism. You’ll work approximately 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

The position offers a competitive package with a salary of £37,220 - £41,810 depending on experience, plus a £1,500 guaranteed bonus in year one. On-site training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working on water mains (repairs, installation, leak detection).
• Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
• A positive, proactive approach to your work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair leaks on water mains.
• Lay and replace pipework.
• Excavation and reinstatement work where required.
• Manage jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Represent HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care.
