Access Talent Group are recruiting a Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer for the Water sector. This is a senior leadership role with high visibility across the organisation, providing technical authority and shaping regional capability.

You will lead complex mechanical design on large-scale water infrastructure projects, mentor engineers, collaborate with clients and contractors, and contribute to the UK investment programme. Hybrid 3 days in the office, 37.5 hours, with discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Experienced mechanical engineer with delivery focus.
• Chartered status (CEng) preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in water projects.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership on water/wastewater facilities and pumping stations.
• Lead complex mechanical design from feasibility to construction support.
• Mentor engineers and build high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and supply chain to deliver projects.
