AECOM is seeking a Water Sector Lead to act as the primary ambassador for Water within Environment & Energy Europe, shaping growth strategy and client relationships. You will drive sector plans, pursue strategic opportunities, and collaborate across regions to win work and exceed targets.

The role requires senior leadership, sector expertise, and a track record of delivering complex water projects in a consultancy context. Hybrid work options are available.

Formación

• Proven success in leading growth within the Water sector in a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Water sector dynamics, clients, and competitors.
• Ability to build high-value client relationships at senior levels.
• Strategic thinker who translates vision into practical action plans.
• Seasoned capture manager able to position for and secure opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for the Water sector, aligning activities with Europe-wide objectives.
• Maintain deep knowledge of market drivers, competition, and opportunities.
• Represent AECOM at industry events to raise market profile and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with Water Sector teams to ensure sector representation in strategy and Pursuits.
• Lead development and execution of sector growth plans and client engagement strategies.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships across the sector.
• Work with CAMs to align priorities and convert opportunities for YoY growth.
• Drive Water Work Winning strategies and bid leadership for strategic pursuits.
• Be accountable for sector performance, bookings, revenue, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a robust pipeline with actionable insights for decision-making.
• Foster cross-business-line collaboration for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Support campaigns such as Advisory, Infrastructure Investment, Design & Build.
• Set tone and culture across the sector and participate in client leadership.
