Job summary

WSP is seeking a Commercial Manager (quantity surveyor level) to lead commercial activities across a portfolio of water and environmental projects. You will embed a culture of commercial excellence, balance client and business needs, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outcomes that meet budgets and schedules.

You will bring proven experience in quantity surveying and project commercial management, along with advanced Excel skills and the ability to report clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
• Background in quantity surveying and project commercial management.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and data reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver commercial services to internal and external clients across water projects.
• Provide risk and commercial advice during bid and project lifecycle.
• Ensure governance and reporting on commercial performance.
• Analyse projects; report issues and findings from commercial/financial perspectives.
• Control changes with focus on commercial implications and risk.
• Ensure activities meet internal and external standards; support improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to support decision-making.
