Job summary

South East Water is seeking a Waterlink Plumber to join our team. You’ll fix leaks, replace old systems and keep internal plumbing running smoothly while promoting water efficiency.

You’ll report progress and customer interactions, assist with cost reviews, and support new projects. You’ll work with contractors and our in-house team to ensure safe, compliant plumbing and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Level 2 City and Guilds Plumbing qualification required.
• Strong operational knowledge and experience essential.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take detailed records of works for cost, measurement and quality.
• Supervise site work ensuring health, safety, and programme compliance.
• Explain work to customers to provide peace of mind.
• Ensure team understands customer needs and manages expectations.
• Assist with cost reviews and reporting on progress and interactions.
• Support project reviews, plans and site visits for cost considerations.
