Severn Trent is seeking a Quality Technician to help safeguard public health by carrying out planned and unplanned water sampling at customer sites, with ISO17025 quality controls and strong customer service. You will begin from home, then follow a scheduled route to drop samples at your base; weekend work and standby are required, with a 07:00–15:00 day.

The role is fixed-term for 9 months, based at Church Wilne Labs, Long Eaton NG10 3AZ, offering a competitive package and trainee development

Qualifikationen

• Current UK driving licence required.
• Experience driving commercial vehicles preferred.
• Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable with some lone working, in a team environment.

• On-site sampling of drinking water using aseptic techniques.
• Respond to customer issues and communicate findings clearly.
• Ensure safety and quality controls, and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
