Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to lead water division projects across the UK, partnering with top water clients to improve water intake, treatment and distribution.

The role offers leadership opportunities and a chance to work on large-scale UK projects within a unified team. You should be degree qualified in Civil Engineering, ideally Chartered, with experience in the water industry and knowledge of Process and MEICA disciplines.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
• ideally Chartered and a member of a relevant engineering institution.
• Experience in the water industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Process and MEICA disciplines and awareness of net carbon issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions from need to detailed design as part of a team.
• Support and manage project team members and deliver scoping and design within timescales and budgets.
• Produce and check technical reports.
