Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Process Engineering Design Lead to join their Water Engineering team. The role is flexible with UK travel, offering 37.5 hours per week.

You will lead process engineering designs for clean and wastewater projects, collaborating with construction teams and other design capabilities to deliver design excellence. The successful candidate will have Chartered status (CEng or IChem) and a strong network in the water sector, with a track record in optioneering and value

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead process designs in water/wastewater projects.
• Strong collaboration with construction and design teams.
• Experience delivering design excellence in a DBF/ design-build environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of process engineering designs for water projects.
• Collaborate with construction teams to provide technical guidance.
• Develop and implement growth plans for the water capability.
• Participate in bids to add value and identify innovation opportunities.
• Coordinate with water companies and multidisciplinary leaders.
