Job summary

Access Talent Group is seeking an Associate / Associate Director Process Engineer to lead water and wastewater projects in the UK. You will work across feasibility, optioneering and detailed design, coordinating with civil, mechanical, electrical and ICA engineers.

You will mentor junior staff, drive technical governance, and support bids and business development while helping grow the process engineering capability within the firm.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Chemical, Process, Environmental, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• CEng status or actively working towards Chartered status.
• Significant UK water & wastewater sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design and development of water and wastewater solutions from feasibility to detailed design.
• Develop process solutions, mass balances, PFDs and P&IDs.
• Review assets and identify optimisation opportunities and capacity enhancements.
• Provide process input for pumping, dosing, aeration and other mechanical/process systems.
• Coordinate process requirements across civil, mechanical, electrical, ICA and structural disciplines.
• Support bids, proposals, and business development activities.
