Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Works Technician - Process Controller in the Wellingborough area. The role supports water recycling processes, operating and maintaining treatment systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Hours generally Monday to Friday with standby and weekend considerations. The position offers a starting salary of £31,756, with progression up to £42,873, plus benefits and flexible on-site working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a process/quality environment is a plus.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Full UK manual driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assets including tanks, pumps, screens, blowers, valves and motors.
• Perform preventative and reactive servicing and maintenance.
• Carry out process sampling and escalate issues as needed.
• Follow safety policies and maintain good housekeeping.
• Aim for low energy use while maintaining compliance.
