Clancy is seeking a Water Rehabilitation Team Leader to supervise rehabilitation and repair works across the clean water network in the Penzance and Camborne area. You will lead day-to-day site activities, mentor your team and ensure safe, on-time delivery of essential water infrastructure projects.

The role requires prior leadership in the water sector, a strong focus on health and safety, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Lead Operative in clean water.
• Strong knowledge of water network operations and broader construction.
• UK driving license is essential; NRSWA and CSCS desirable.
• Willingness to train in rehabilitation techniques.

Aufgaben

• Lead safe delivery of water main rehabilitation and repair works.
• Supervise rehabilitation techniques (slip lining, pipe bursting, directional drilling, open-cut).
• Locate and repair water mains defects.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and ready for use.
• Perform risk assessments and uphold health, safety and environmental standards.
• Mentor and coach junior staff to develop skills.
