Job summary

Clancy is seeking a hands-on Water Network Operative in Livingston to locate and repair water mains defects and ensure the safety and reliability of our networks. You will work outdoors, supported by an experienced team leader, and help develop your experience in the water utilities sector.

You should hold a full, clean driving licence; NRSWA qualification is preferred and additional certs such as Water Hygiene (EUSR), First Aid and Confined Space would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in water network repair within utilities or construction.
• Full, clean driving licence is essential.
• NRSWA qualification desirable and beneficial.

You have previous experience in water network repair, with a good understanding of the construction or utilities sector. A full, clean driving licence is essential, and it would be highly beneficial if you also hold a NRSWA qualification.

Additional certifications such as a Water Hygiene Card (EUSR), Deep Excavation, Confined Space, First Aid, and Abrasive Wheel would be an advantage. Strong awareness of health and safety, the ability to work as part of a team, and a positive approach to problem-solving are all key to success in this role.
