Job summary

Avove Utilities is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day on-site activities within the Yorkshire Water AMP8 framework. You will ensure safe, timely and budget‑compliant delivery, coordinating with clients, supply chain partners and authorities from our Brighouse base.

The role requires strong leadership, delivery focus and knowledge of NRSWA. Prior experience in utilities/construction is essential; driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in utilities, construction or civil engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of NRSWA requirements and operational compliance.
• Proven leadership and effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations by supervising teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain clear communication through site visits and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, compliance and customer satisfaction via inspections and sign offs.
• Uphold health and safety standards through risk assessments and hazard control.
• Provide progress reports and manage permit compliance.
