Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Water Network Modeller to join its growing team in Redditch or Newcastle. You will support clean water modelling projects, calibrate hydraulic models and help optimise networks across nationally significant sites.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Water Engineering or related.
• Experience on water network modelling projects.
• Experience using hydraulic modelling software like InfoWorks WS Pro, InfoWater Pro, Synergi Water or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive approach to learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, calibrate and analyse hydraulic network models.
• Support projects on network optimisation, leakage reduction and pressure management.
• Interpret modelling results to drive practical engineering solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with modelling, digital, asset management and design teams.
• Prepare technical reports and project deliverables with high quality standards.
• Develop technical capability through mentoring, training and hands-on experience.
