Stantec is seeking a Senior Principal Water Network Modeller to join our national team in the UK, based in High Wycombe or Reading. You will provide strategic and technical leadership across water modelling, guiding major UK projects and ensuring robust governance and innovative approaches.

You will lead, mentor and develop technical teams, manage client relationships, and support growth in our modelling capability while delivering resilient, sustainable water solutions for customers.

Qualificações

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Water Engineering or related discipline.
• Extensive experience leading complex water network modelling projects.
• Expert knowledge of InfoWorks WS Pro, InfoWater Pro or Synergi Water.
• Proven governance across multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of network optimisation, leakage and pressure management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and technical leadership across water modelling portfolio.
• Oversee governance and develop modelling methodologies.
• Lead projects covering network optimisation, leakage and resilience planning.
• Mentor technical leaders and develop client relationships.
• Support growth of modelling capability and framework management.
