Adler and Allan is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support water mains rehabilitation works for South West Water across Devon and Cornwall. The role covers multiple sites from the St. Austell Depot, focused on safe, efficient delivery and strong client relations.

You will lead construction teams, manage resources, and ensure quality and safety standards across projects. A background in water/utilities, CSCS/Genny, and driving licence are essential for success within this regional team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple-site delivery teams in water/utilities or related operations.
• Strong HSE focus with ability to maintain safety standards across sites.
• Ability to coordinate resources, materials and plant to meet programme requirements.
• Proven communication and client relationship skills to manage stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day site activities across Devon and Cornwall.
• Direct construction teams, subcontractors and resources safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate resources and plant to align with programme requirements.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specs, quality and client standards.
• Oversee RAMS, permits, briefings and site documentation.
