Job summary

Adler and Allan Group seeks a proactive Site Manager to lead planned civils delivery across Exeter and the Southwest. You will oversee wastewater/cleanwater infrastructure projects, manage field teams and subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule and budget controls are in place.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will coordinate with authorities and clients, maintain high standards of quality, and drive continuous improvements while supporting pre-construction activities and RAMS

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Site Management within wastewater/cleanwater infrastructure (preference) or utilities/construction.
• Technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and relevant regulations.
• Knowledge of NEC4 contracts would be highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills for managing multiple teams and tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and address delays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of projects, ensuring quality delivery.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with authorities and clients; provide regular progress updates.
