The Clancy Group seeks a Water Rehab Team Leader in Camborne to drive rehabilitation and repair work across the clean water network. You will oversee day‑to‑day site activities, ensure safety and quality, and mentor the team to meet programme requirements.

Ideal candidates have leadership within the water sector and a solid understanding of network operations. A full UK driving licence is essential; NRSWA and CSCS are desirable, with training offered to develop rehabilitation expertise.

Competenze

• Previous team leader or supervisor experience in clean water sector.
• Strong knowledge of water network operations and construction industry.

Mansioni

• Lead safe delivery of water main rehabilitation and repair works.
• Supervise rehabilitation techniques such as slip lining, pipe bursting, directional drilling, mains connections and open‑cut works.
• Locate and repair water mains defects and ensure equipment is fit for use and maintained.
• Perform risk assessments and uphold health, safety and environmental standards.
• Mentor and coach less experienced colleagues to develop skills.
• Utilise CAT and Genny to ensure safe excavation practices.
