Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering good customer service in a utilities or engineering context.
• Ability to communicate clearly, listen actively and respond to problems.
• Proven ability to work with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Proficient with IT tools and systems used in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer issues, liaising with internal departments and partners.
• Support leakage reduction targets using a range of techniques.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain duty of care for colleagues and the public.
• Manage challenging situations professionally to achieve timely resolutions.
• Keep accurate records across IT systems daily.
• Represent the company through project lifecycles and liaise with stakeholders.
• Organise workload with minimal supervision and handle competing priorities.
• Build relationships with colleagues, contractors and partners to meet objectives.
• Support continuous improvement of network performance through inspections and investigations.
• Undertake other duties to meet business needs.
