Job summary

Involve Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead the delivery of projects valued between £250,000 and £1 million across South Wales, the South West of England, and the M4 Corridor.

This role involves day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in civil engineering or water infrastructure projects and possess strong organizational,

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification and First Aid at Work qualification are required.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Previous experience managing civil engineering, water infrastructure, or environmental projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations on water infrastructure and environmental projects.
• Prepare and implement RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
• Plan, manage, and monitor project programmes and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Complete all associated site administration and reporting.
• Procure and manage materials.
• Coordinate, supervise, and manage subcontractors.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
