Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a on-site leader to oversee delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will manage site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

The role requires a civil engineering or construction management background with at least five years of site management experience in water projects, and a solid grasp of HSE practices and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in site management, preferably in water.
• Proven track record of delivering infrastructure or non-infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for water and wastewater projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, drawings, and health and safety regs.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors, conduct inductions and toolbox talks.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and milestone tracking.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities and report progress.
