Job summary

United Infrastructure in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background to lead complex, multi-disciplinary water and wastewater projects.

You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, safe operations, on-time and within budget, managing programmes, cost control, and client relationships, while mentoring site teams and driving HSQE across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years PM experience in water industry.
• APM PMQ (or equivalent).
• SMSTS (CITB).
• CSCS (Manager Level).
• CDM Awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of multiple ongoing projects (up to £10 million in value).
• Undertake Principal Contractor responsibilities in accordance with CDM 2015 regulations.
• Lead the implementation of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) procedures across all projects.
• Conduct regular health and safety site inspections and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Manage overall project programmes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Oversee all commercial aspects, including budget management, cost control, and achieving target margins.
• Provide line management to Site Managers, Engineers, and Site Foremen.
• Coordinate and manage supply chain partners, resolving issues and driving performance.
