Matchtech Group is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to support AMP8 water and wastewater projects across clean water, waste, infrastructure and non-infrastructure schemes. Based in Manchester with hybrid working, this role suits a commercial professional with strong civil engineering and water industry experience.

You will manage commercial activities, administer NEC contracts, prepare forecasts and cost reports, and provide financial updates throughout the project lifecycle, working with clients

Formación

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the water industry.
• Strong civil engineering and infrastructure project experience.
• Practical knowledge of NEC contracts and contract administration.
• Understanding of commercial management, cost control and financial reporting.
• Experience across clean water, wastewater, infrastructure or non-infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Managing commercial activities across designated water and civil engineering projects.
• Administering NEC contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
• Preparing forecasts, cost reports, valuations and financial updates.
• Monitoring project costs, risks, variations and potential commercial opportunities.
• Supporting procurement, subcontract management and the assessment of applications for payment.
• Working closely with project managers, engineers, clients and supply chain partners.
• Providing accurate commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintaining clear records and contributing to successful project delivery.
