Job summary

Ganymede in Guildford is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of water infrastructure projects. You will oversee full lifecycle from pre-construction planning to commissioning, coordinating multidisciplinary site teams and a network of subcontractors, and managing NEC contracts.

You will balance strategic programme management with hands-on problem solving, own project budgets, and provide forecasts and reports to the client. 12-month contract, Up to £475 per day, Outside IR35.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil engineering or water infrastructure projects.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge and commercial instincts.
• Ability to lead a team under pressure and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage full delivery lifecycle across a portfolio of water infrastructure projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary site teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Administer NEC contracts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Own project budgets and manage change through the NEC process.
• Produce accurate forecasts and reports for the wider team.
