Job summary

JN Bentley is seeking a Construction Manager to join the Anglian Water @One Alliance. In this role, you will manage health, safety, and environmental compliance across construction activities, driving a culture of zero accidents while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Candidates should have proven expertise in the Water industry and a relevant HNC/Degree. This is a dynamic role requiring strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of managing operational resources in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in dealing with large structures in the Water industry is essential.
• Attended Site Management Safety Training Scheme and Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site construction teams within designated portfolios.
• Manage direct labour resource requirements including onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Ensure full H&S compliance is achieved.
• Drive a focus on zero waste and reducing embodied carbon.

Education

HNC/Degree in Civil or Construction Management

CSCS Card (Black minimum)
